Our flight to Berlin was cancelled and the flight changed but Mr. Jokubeit was there waiting when we arrived. In addition to the flight cancellation, the airline lost our luggage and Mr. Jokubeit took us thru the 'lost luggage' process. A one hour transfer must have taken him at least four hours. We were overjoyed that he would be our Berlin tour guide. The tour was as complete and insightful as anyone could want. We highly recommend his services.
