Beautiful Potsdam made Easy and Enjoyable with Klaus Kannen
We had a wonderful private tour of Potsdam with Klaus. Extremely cultured and knowledgeable, Klaus made history come alive for us. He picked us up at our hotel in a comfortable car and drove us first to Sanssouci where we visited the small palace. This was followed by a walk in the gardens to see the other structures. We then drove to Cecilienhof, the 19th century schloss where the famed Potsdam Conference took place. Afterwards, a drive-through beautiful Potsdam, seeing the 18th century Russian soldiers village and the quaint Dutch Village. We drove back to Berlin over the Glienecke Bridge, known as the "Bridge of Spies." We are not lingerers so we were able to do the tour door-to-door in five hours--yet we saw everything we wanted to and were never rushed. I would highly recommend Klaus for any Berlin tour. I should also mention that our tour with Klaus was at a very competitive price, in some cases half of what I was quoted by other tour operators.
